Livia’s Rib Roast Rub

Seasons 2-4 rib roast | Prep Time Approx. 10 mins

INGREDIENTS 

 • Livia’s Seasoning Salt

• 1 tablespoon dry mustard

• 1 teaspoon celery salt

• 1 teaspoon onion powder

• 1 teaspoon of minced fresh rosemary

• 1 teaspoon of minced fresh thyme

PREPARATION

Mix mustard through thyme together in a bowl. Season the roast liberally with Livia’s and then rub the mixture all over the roast. Let the roast sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours prior to cooking.

ROASTING TIPS

Cook the roast for 15 minutes at 475 F, then turn the oven down to 350 F and cook for 16 minutes per pound for Medium Rare.
